Start your Summer Reading Program fun with a visit from the Lakewood Fire Department on Tuesday, June 30th from 11:00am–12:00pm at the library! Kids will get an up-close look at real fire trucks, explore the equipment, and even climb inside to see what it’s like to be a firefighter. And if we get the chance, there may even be an exciting moment to try out the fire hose! It’s a fun, hands-on experience with our local heroes you won’t want to miss.
