Dig It Up Dinosaur Eggs takes place on Tuesday, July 7 from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM at the library! Young paleontologists will experience the excitement of a dinosaur dig as they carefully excavate their own clay dinosaur egg using special chisel tools. Each participant will receive an individually wrapped dinosaur egg, excavation tools, instruction sheets, and a guidebook to help identify their prehistoric discovery. It's a hands-on adventure that's perfect for dinosaur fans of all ages!
Don't forget to keep the adventure going all summer long by logging your reading from July 1–August 15, 2026, for a chance to win prizes for the most reading minutes!
