When was the last time you updated your resume? Is it formatted for both Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e., computer filters) and recruiters? Whether you’ve been in the workforce for a while or are transitioning to a new career, best practice is to update your resume every 6 months to 1 year. You never know when a new opportunity will come along!
