LEGO club




 

Every Monday | 10-10:45am | Ages: Newborn–1 year | $5 per class | Mixing classical strength
training, cardio intervals, as well as some traditional barre and Pilates core work, certified
Pilates and Group Fitness Instructor Lynnette Galbier will help moms work out their entire
body using their body weight and the weight of their baby. No equipment required, but  a baby
carrier (front or back pack) is encouraged to enable hands free movement. Participants are
welcome to bring a mat for their comfort

bring a mat for their comfort and are encouraged to bring a water bottle for themselves and
